Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AskAsgard ("the Platform", "the Service"), operated by Asgard World Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using AskAsgard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AskAsgard. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may register using Google OAuth or email and password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

You must notify us immediately at adi@asgard.world if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

AskAsgard offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

AskAsgard uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses, analyses, frameworks, and other outputs ("AI Content").

AI Content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI Content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI Content. AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased outputs. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI Content at your own risk.

AI Content may not be unique to you. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users who provide similar inputs.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to AskAsgard ("User Content"), including prompts, uploaded files, and conversation inputs.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not use your User Content to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in AskAsgard, including its design, code, branding, tool names, frameworks, and documentation, are owned by Asgard World Ltd or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

You agree not to use AskAsgard in any manner that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, these Terms, or any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asgard World Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asgard World Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at adi@asgard.world. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
