Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using AskAsgard. It applies to all users, regardless of subscription tier. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

You may not use AskAsgard to:

2.1 Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Generate content that constitutes or promotes illegal activity
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Process or store data in violation of data protection laws

2.2 Harmful Content

• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Create harassment, bullying, or threatening material
• Produce sexually explicit material or content involving minors
• Generate content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent

2.3 AI-Specific Restrictions

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models, prompts, or system instructions used by AskAsgard
• Use AskAsgard to generate content that you represent as human-authored in contexts where AI disclosure is legally required
• Use the Platform to build competing AI products or services by systematically extracting outputs
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, content restrictions, or usage limits through prompt manipulation or other means
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation

2.4 Platform Abuse

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or availability
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to AskAsgard without written permission

2.5 Professional Misuse

• Present AI-generated outputs as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax) without proper qualification and review
• Use AskAsgard outputs for automated decision-making that materially affects individuals without human oversight
• Rely on AI-generated content for regulatory filings, legal submissions, or medical diagnoses without independent professional verification

We expect all users to use the Platform in good faith. Excessive or abusive usage that degrades the experience for other users may result in rate limiting or account restrictions, even if not explicitly covered by the prohibitions above.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to adi@asgard.world. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• A warning notice
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Removal of content that violates this policy
• Reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate

We will endeavour to provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of AskAsgard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
